Our company had previously used a few of the large global recruitment agencies for our personnel selections, but always found them to be quite impersonal and we were never fully satisfied with the results. That, along with the fact that we needed to recruit dynamic sales person to drive our new build business was the reason we decided to try Expert Recruitment.
Kevin & Abby met with me practically the next day to discuss our requirements and business needs. Instead of the usual bombardment of CV’s that didn’t meet our requirements, which we had historically received from previous agencies, we received a select few CV’s for perusal that were absolutely “on the mark” for the type of prospective employee we were looking for.
